1. "Slow-Living" Philosophy: Taking time with 2h - 3h Rituals
In a world that pushes us to rush, true luxury is time. That is why I do not work with express sessions or assembly-line protocols. Every space at Flor de Agua is exclusively dedicated to a single person for 2 hours or 3 hours.
This quality time allows for:

Flor de Agua is a sanctuary designed exclusively for the feminine universe. Throughout life, we are going as a women through different cycles and emotional states, and that is one of the reason we need a specific space of bodily listening.
I am deeply conscious of how our body holds onto emotional experiences; that is why the sessions I offer take into account the sensitivity with which we process our surroundings.
At Flor de Agua - Barcelona, my intention is for every woman to find a cozy calm safe space to be cared for in her entirety. If you are looking for a gift for yourself, family or friend, I will do everything possible to make it an authentic moment where release the weight of daily life and rehabit the body with harmony and peace.
3. For a shared Gift - Group Gift: the Therapeutic Workshop experience
If you need to do group gift for a moment of sharing and authentic connection, therapeutic workshops are a beautiful alternative to experience in a small group (2 to 5 people), allowing me to deliver a qualitative and personalized workshop for your group.
It is an ideal option for gifting among friends or sharing an experience as a family: mothers and daughters, sisters, or women from the same inner circle.
