GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF FLOR DE AGUA

(Therapeutic Accompaniment, Sessions, Cycles, and Workshops Regulations)

By booking, paying for, or participating in any service, cycle, or workshop at Flor de Agua, the client declares that she has read, understood, and fully accepted the following operating and conduct conditions.

1. Scope of Consultation and Nature of the Service

• Therapeutic Framework: Services at Flor de Agua have an exclusively therapeutic, holistic, energetic, and spiritual approach.

• No Medical Prescription or Diagnosis: My accompaniments do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up by health professionals (doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, or psychotherapists). I am a certified Reiki Master and an IPHM-accredited holistic massage therapist; I do not provide medical prescriptions.

• Somatic Approach (I am not a psychologist): My approach is body-centered. Although I provide time for conversation before and after the session, your main integration process is your own inner journey on the massage table. Self-observation in the days following the session is essential.

2. Definition of the Method: Holistic Massage and Traditional Japanese Reiki

• Technical Specialty: Flor de Agua is a practice specialized in Massage with a Therapeutic and Energetic Approach, and Traditional Japanese Reiki (Usui system).

• Clear Exclusions (effective March / April 2026): Under no circumstances do I offer sports, spa, aesthetic, aggressive deep-tissue/decontracting, or purely commercial relaxation massages. My work is based on subtle touch, fluid movements, gentle stretches, somatic listening, harmonization, and energy channeling through the laying on of hands.

• Note on External Platforms: In the event of finding contradictory or outdated information on search engines, booking apps, or third-party platforms on the internet, please note that such information is due to errors or delays in updating those external portals outside my control. The only official and current policy of this practice is holistic therapy sessions (Holistic Massage and Reiki).

3. Complimentary First Visit Session: Body Reading (Initial Contact)

Nature and Duration of the Service: The Body Reading session is a complimentary first-visit space lasting approximately 40 minutes. Its sole purpose is to conduct an in-person interview and initial point of contact to allow us to evaluate together whether you wish to begin a therapeutic journey at Flor de Agua, as well as to review your personalized program and fees.

Strict Exclusion of Therapies During the First Visit: This initial session DOES NOT include holistic massage, Reiki, or any other bodywork or energetic technique on the massage table. It is purely a verbal and intuitive assessment session prior to starting any subsequent paid therapy.

Scope of Guidance, Advice, and Impressions: The reflections, observations, or advice shared during this interview are merely guiding notes for your personal growth.

• Dynamism and Subjectivity: Any perceptions or potential blockages I may point out reflect solely your specific state at the exact time of the session. The body and energy continuously shift from week to week based on how you arrive at the appointment; therefore, these impressions are not absolute truths, medical diagnoses, or rigid certainties. I do not claim to hold the ultimate truth nor act as a dogmatic authority figure ("guru"). I invite you to take only what resonates with you in the present moment.

• Deep Meditations and Visualizations: Subtle listening, intuition, and visualization tools are powerful and insightful resources within our space, but under no circumstances should they be overinterpreted, extrapolated, or taken rigidly.

• The True Core of the Therapy: The core value of Flor de Agua lies in the mind-body connection you will experience on the table during Massage and Reiki sessions, as well as the tangible benefits you feel in your daily life after the practice. Any perception received during this initial contact is simply a helpful guidance extra or "bonus."

4. Complementary Materials, Audios, Visualizations, and Expectations

• Additional Services (Optional Extras): Any written report, psycho-energetic ritual, visualization, or audio sent after the session constitutes a voluntary gift/extra to support your process. It does not form a contractual part of the fee paid.

• Delivery Times: If complementary material is sent, the usual preparation time ranges between 7 days and a maximum of 15 days in exceptional cases (such as vacation periods, holidays, or high workload).

• Scope of Sessions and Expectations: At Flor de Agua, work through Therapeutic Massage and Reiki is approached from an accompaniment and continuous follow-up perspective, allowing for deep levels of integration. Given that subtle and individual factors are involved, the experience operates on two levels:

  • Potential for Revelations, Channelings, and Transformation: During the process, channelings, imagery, or profound revelations frequently occur for many of the individuals accompanied. However, as this is subtle work, the rhythm and presence of these experiences depend on each client's personal stage and openness; therefore, they cannot be formally guaranteed in every session.

  • Usual Baseline Effects: Even when a clear revelation is not experienced in a specific session, the practice of Therapeutic Massage and Reiki typically provides, at a minimum:

    • Direct stress reduction and regulation of the nervous system.

    • Reduction of anxiety and relief from mental overload.

    • Induction into a state of deep introspection and encouragement of Alpha brainwaves.

    • Deep care and nourishment of the body through gentleness, presence, and respect.

    • Release of somatic tension accumulated in soft tissue muscles.

    • A heightened sense of grounding, bodily presence, and energetic alignment.

    • A feeling of lightness, serenity, and reconnection with one's own feminine essence.

5. Sexual Chakra Work (Root / Sacral) and Sacred Boundaries

• Absolute Respect: All energetic work linked to sacred sexuality or lower chakras is performed without ever touching intimate parts, even through sheets or clothing.

• Subtle Methodology: The harmonization of these centers is worked on exclusively through gentle hip stretches, laying on of hands over the pelvic/hip area (at a distance or through subtle touch), or indirect energetic work.

• Professional Boundary: I do not perform or share methodologies that require physical manipulation of genital areas.

6. Clothing Recommendations and Use of Towels/Sheets

To ensure the flow of the session, I will recommend appropriate attire based on the type of work:

• Fully Clothed Sessions: Certain sessions are conducted entirely dressed in comfortable clothing, requiring only subtle contact over clothes.

• Underwear-Only Sessions: Indicated for sessions that do not require specific work on the lumbar region or deep hip stretches.

• Full Coverage via Towels and Sheets: Especially recommended to allow fluid work on the lumbar area, hips, and glutes. At all times, I guarantee the strict use of towels and sheets to protect your privacy in a loving and professional manner.

• Freedom of Choice and Technical Impact: You are free to keep your underwear on for modesty or personal comfort. However, it is important to state transparently that wearing tight garments limits the fluidity of subtle contact and deep hip stretches. It has been observed in consultation that work protected exclusively by draping with towels fosters freer surrender, facilitates the release of tension accumulated in the hips and lower back, clears the mind, and enables deeper emotional integration, insights, and a heightened state of presence.

7. Women-Only Space, Right of Admission, and Conduct

• 100% Women-Only Space (effective March / April 2026): Flor de Agua is an exclusive space dedicated to female clients, as my specialty and life mission (Ikigai) is accompanying women's bodies and cycles.

• Note on External Platforms: In the event of finding contradictory or outdated information on search engines, booking apps, or third-party platforms on the internet, please note that such information is due to errors or delays in updating those external portals outside my control. The only official and current policy of this practice is exclusive service for women.

• Absolute Right of Admission: I reserve the right of admission or termination of service at any point during the therapeutic cycle.

• Zero Tolerance for Sexualization or Disrespect: Any inappropriate behavior, disrespect, aggressive demands, or attempt to sexualize my work will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and permanent cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.

8. Confidentiality, Therapeutic Relationship, and Respect for the Role

• Professional Secrecy: All shared information (verbal or written) is strictly confidential.

• Connection and Trust: I offer a warm, human, and judgment-free space. However, for the session to be effective, respecting my role as a therapist once on the table is essential. The greater your trust in me, the better I can hold space for you, leading to optimal results.

• Process Progression: A single standalone session aims to offer deep relaxation and alignment at a specific moment. However, a therapeutic cycle opens a different dimension: it allows for much deeper, sustained holistic work adapted to your pace. While the first session of a cycle often serves as an initial point of contact where letting go of control can be challenging, a full cycle allows you to transcend that initial barrier to access deeper layers of emotional release and energetic integration.

9. Structure of Therapeutic Cycles, Frequency, and Exceptions

• Process Structure: Therapeutic accompaniment at Flor de Agua is ideally designed as a process of 3 blocks of 3 sessions each (9 sessions in total) for complete transformation. However, completing a single 3-session Cycle already yields significant results and successfully deepens progress on a specific issue or intention.

• Recommended Frequencies:

  • Focusing on a Specific Issue (related to emotional, mental, or spiritual well-being): 1 session every week or every 15 days (Preferential rate of €200 in a single payment instead of €210).

  • Holistic Introspective Journey (non-urgent): 1 session per month (€200 single payment or €210 split into 3 monthly installments of €70).

• Special Programs and Exceptions: I reserve the option to agree on customized conditions in exceptional cases (such as longer-term programs or 4-hour intensive sessions to address deep processes).

• Cancellation of Cycles: The special Cycle rate is tied to a commitment to continuity. In the event of discontinuing the cycle early, written notification outlining the reasons is required; future installments will be canceled, and completed sessions will be re-adjusted according to the standard individual session rate due to administrative adjustments.

• Post-Cycle Continuity: Upon completing your cycle, if you wish to return in the future to maintain your holistic well-being and body-mind balance, you will be eligible for continuing accompaniment conditions and rates.

10. Duty of Medical Disclosure and Limitation of Liability

• Client's Obligation: It is mandatory to inform me prior to each session regarding: pregnancy, recent surgeries, prostheses or metallic implants (pacemakers, pins), epilepsy, allergies, or chronic health conditions.

• Limitation of Liability: Flor de Agua and its owner are exempt from liability for any incident resulting from omission or false information regarding the medical disclosures provided.

11. Communications and Data Protection (GDPR)

• Mindful Communications: Email communications are limited to a maximum of once per month (sharing poetry, meditations, or wellness tools), and you may unsubscribe at any time.

• Data Processing: Your personal data and follow-up notes are processed with strict confidentiality in accordance with LOPDGDD and GDPR regulations.

12. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Booking Confirmation: To confirm your appointment or reserved time slot, advance payment or payment of the established deposit must be made via the official methods provided.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or request a date change more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a full refund will be processed, deducting only a 3% fee for administrative and banking transaction costs.

• Cancellations between 48 hours and the day of the appointment: If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours prior to your session, 50% of the booking value will be refunded; the remaining 50% covers the exclusive reservation of the space and the inability to reassign the slot to another person.

• Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, as well as failure to attend without prior notice, will not be eligible for any refund, and the session will be considered fully rendered.

• Rendered Services: Once the in-person session or service has concluded, no full or partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances. The service is deemed rendered to your satisfaction upon completion.

• Flexibility and Force Majeure by the Therapist: In the exceptional event that a cancellation is initiated by the therapist due to force majeure or illness, priority rescheduling or a 100% full refund will be offered.
