What is Massage + Art?
Massage + Art is an original and unique concept at Flor de Agua, where you can explore the links between well-being and creativity.
This is a therapeutic massage session followed by a guided art creation session.
It's interesting because it uses massage-induced relaxation to connect with your essence and help you find inspiration.
Massage helps you connect with your inner child, helping you reveal your creative spark.
It helps you create freely, without judgment, from a place of calm and joy.
You'll have the opportunity to choose from three different themes so I can accompany and guide you through the creative process.
At the end of the session, we can talk about how you experienced the creative process and how you feel about it.
You will be able to take your work home.
I'll give you high-quality Chinese inks to express yourself, as well as a fairly large blank canvas, because this material is wonderfully suited to expressing emotions thanks to its fluidity.
It will make you a memory for a long time.
No technical knowledge of drawing or painting is required to participate in this session; anyone can experience it.
What is a Massage + Art session for?
Massage + Art can be used for any occasion, it's a nice gift to enjoy on a birthday, for example.
But more specifically, Massage + Art serves to:
- If you need to connect with yourself authentically and understand yourself better
- If you have a job where creativity is necessary and you have a hard time finding new ideas, you have creative blocks and want to clear your mind
- If you are an artist (no matter the type of art), whether it is your profession or not and you need a shoot of creative inspiration
- If you have always been attracted to drawing and painting but have never dared, it may be a great opportunity to start.
- If you feel that you have lost some of the spontaneity and joy that you could feel as a child and you want to recreate without judging yourself from the game
- Massage + Art serves to have a truly personal moment, which contributes to emotional and therapeutic well-being.
How does Massage + Art help you relax?
Massage + Art promotes deep relaxation and helps you connect with your intuition and creativity.
The pre-artistic session massage that I usually perform in this case is a mix between the Californian massage and the Energy massage.
Depending on the artistic theme you choose, I adapt the massage and the areas of the body to be massaged.
For example, you may need a massage more focused on the root chakra, the third eye, or the solar plexus.
The massage will always be gentle and emotional, with oils to allow you to connect with your inner dream world, with your subconscious and unconscious parts.
The difference in Flor de Agua
Flor de Agua is a place with the “Slow Life” philosophy; we will take the time necessary for everything.
The Massage+Art session is very special and does not need to be repeated very often.
For this reason, on the day you book the session, I advise you to take the entire day for yourself, or at least half a day.
I advise you to spend the day doing positive things for yourself, things that are "chill" and fulfilling, as well as seeing as few people as possible to refocus on yourself.
The three themes proposed in Massage +Art are Home, Self-esteem, and General Relationships with Others.
I will explain in more detail just before the massage.
You can choose one, and we'll work on it throughout the session. At the end of the session, in addition to having had a pleasant time and taking home a souvenir of your artwork, you'll have been able to open up new perspectives on these themes, leading to a more peaceful and harmonious life.
