Energy Massage helps rebalance the body's energies for emotional well-being. It's a gentle massage that focuses heavily on the abdominal area. Energy Massage is a massage where you'll spend a significant amount of time lying face up on the massage table. It's a massage where many of my movements will be performed on the solar plexus, diaphragm, and abdomen. I also include some Reiki tools if necessary. Part of this holistic massage is also face down, with movements from the toes to the head. What is an Energy Massage session for?
