Through these workshops, you will enjoy peaceful, pleasant, and deeply grounding moments. However, these are not just social gatherings; they are intimate ceremonies with specific intentions depending on the workshop you choose.
1 - Body & Self-Esteem Ritual
Sensitivity & Self-Esteem Ritual: Reconnect with your body and your sensitivity in a small,
supportive women's circle.
2 - Inner Child Ritual
Inner Child Workshop: Reconnect with your most spontaneous, joyful, and creative self. A guided experience for small groups of women.
3 - Roots & Nature Ritual
Nature Workshop: Connect with your intuition and inner compass, to discover or reaffirm your life purpose in a private group setting.
Prices & Bookings
Workshop for 2 to 4 people
Workshop duration: 3h-3h30
Price for the whole group: €130 including VAT

You can come in groups of 2, 3 or a maximum of 4 people.

Booking Process: Bookings are confirmed upon full advance payment of the base fee (€130) via Bizum or bank transfer. Once paid, your date is exclusively reserved for your group.
* Language: Workshops are regularly conducted in Spanish. If you would like your workshop to be held in English, please consult me in advance.
Mandatory step: Please contact me directly to book. I require a minimum of 48 hours to prepare your customized workshop with all the care and attention it deserves.
This time allows me to prepare the content of the activities, but most importantly, to cultivate the energy needed for a truly healing encounter.
In my practice, this means taking dedicated time prior to our session for physical preparation and meditation to offer you the best possible experience.
For these reasons, please try to book in advance. If you have specific requests or a unique situation, feel free to share it with me and I will gladly adapt the workshop for you and your group.
Are you a group of 5 people?: If you are a family or a group of 5, we can adapt the service by adding a supplement of €35 for the fifth person (Total: €165). Note: 5 is the absolute limit to guarantee the individual attention I dedicate to you during the ritual.
Recommendations for all workshops: Flor de Agua is a space for openness and deep healing. To ensure the intimacy and flow of the workshop, it is essential that each person in the group attends on their own and with a genuine desire to participate. The energy is built collectively; coming to the session without real motivation breaks the safe space we need to work with the body and emotions. Arrive 10 minutes early to have time to explore the space, leave your shoes and backpack, etc., so we can start the workshop on time. Very important: wear comfortable, loose clothing: no belts at the waist, and it's best to arrive without jewelry, etc. Bring something to tie your hair back. Bring a 1L water bottle (minimum). Each person should bring their own notebook and pen.
ABOUT ME & WHY I OFFER THESE WORKSHOPS
Hello, I am Sonia, a native French woman who has been living in Catalonia for several years, deeply passionate about my work. I am a Reiki Master and Bodywork Therapist specializing in energetic healing. With 3 years of experience in Barcelona, I have accompanied over 300 women on their life journeys through both individual sessions and specialized workshops.
10 years ago, I had my first mind-body-spiritual awakening experience in a forest in southern Chile. That experience had such a profound impact on my life that it guided my path toward my current profession and to founding Flor de Agua, where I now share these special gatherings with you.
My work has evolved beautifully over time, allowing me to share my unique approach to bodywork with the world: an emotional, energetic, and spiritual approach forms the foundation of all my sessions. Furthermore, this year I made the decision to dedicate my space exclusively to women—the people I can best support through feminine energy work.
I created these workshops following requests from several clients who wished to share the experience they had during individual sessions with their friends or family. While the journey is naturally different—individual sessions are deeper—these workshops offer a powerful collective space that ripples out through family and friendship bonds, helping participants view certain challenges through a new lens.
Working with small groups allows me to offer a unique, customized, and high-quality workshop, giving each person the dedicated time they deserve, which would be difficult to achieve in a larger group setting.
At present, I do not host workshops for groups of strangers. In my experience, the results are far richer when participants already share existing bonds of friendship or family. Having built-in trust and a shared history brings a completely different dimension to emotional, body, and energy work.
