What is Energy Massage?
Energy Massage helps rebalance the body's energies at the level of emotional well-being.
It is a gentle massage that focuses a lot on the abdominal area.
The Energy Massage is a massage where you will spend a lot of time lying face up on the massage table (when many massages work more on the back, for example).
It is a massage where many of my movements will be performed on the solar plexus, diaphragm and abdomen.
Sometimes with very gentle, circular movements, sometimes with more present and lasting pressure points.
Also, if I see it necessary, some Reiki tools are included, as well as a connection with breathing and very subtle movements.
Part of this holistic massage is also face down and with movements from the feet to the head, as in the Californian massage.
What is an Energy Massage session for?
The Energy Massage is a massage that you can try at any time in your life to feel peace and harmony, and it is also especially recommended in the following cases:

It is colloquially said that the stomach is the second brain of the human being.
I would say rather that it is the first brain, the instinctive one, which thinks for itself before the information reaches our brain in a mental and conscious way.
We often realize this when we experience an emotional shock, unexpected news, or a sudden burst of stress: first, we feel knots in our stomach, and then we begin to realize what's happening.
In Energy Massage, the massage helps you relax because I focus precisely on this area, where there is a network of neurons that covers the entire gastrointestinal tract (enteric nervous system).
It's also a massage that helps a lot with relaxation because, like the rest of my massages, it's a holistic massage where I focus on the entire body, from head to toe, with lots of gentle, relaxing movements.
