HOW DO YOU FEEL?
Chronic stress, recurring lack of energy, mental exhaustion, relationship problems, or difficulty connecting with your intuition are signs of energetic imbalances at the somatic level. Some of these imbalances are related to past events that left a mark on us emotionally and are partly stored in our body memory. Manual therapies can help in these cases.
AN EXCLUSIVELY FEMININE SPACE
Through my practice, I have officially decided to focus my therapeutic work exclusively on women. Over time, I have seen an increasing number of women enter my space seeking support for challenges specifically related to the female body, the female cycle, and women’s overall well-being.
At Flor de Agua, it is essential to feel heard, truly understood, and to receive gentle somatic and emotional guidance to reconnect with your body and feel centered within yourself once again.
ACCOMPANIMENT AND MIND-BODY THERAPIES
To offer you a space of true presence and deep listening, I take all the time that is needed at Flor de Agua. Most of the women I support receive 2 to 2.5-hour therapeutic rituals—the most comprehensive and effective format for achieving profound transformation.
There are different paths for your physical and emotional journey. I have created tailored programs combining various holistic techniques to nurture your well-being, restore your vitality, and transform how you relate to yourself and others.

Hello, I'm Sonia, a massage therapist and Reiki master.
Heads up! Just so you know, I am a french expat woman who is living in Barcelona,
So my English might have a bit of a 'creative' accent… ! But don't worry—in holistic therapy, I listen to the body, we don't need many words.
I support you on your journey of resilience and through processes of change, creating a space for listening where you can regain emotional balance and your vital energy.

For many years I was very disconnected from my body, my emotions, and my purpose in life. I had gone through very traumatic life experiences that I couldn't integrate. Because I couldn't integrate them, I kept repeating patterns that prevented me from building a healthy life.
At 23, I moved to Chile and traveled alone throughout the country. This journey allowed me to connect with nature in the south, amidst forests, lakes, and mountains. It was there that I had my first spiritual awakening and began to connect with my more feminine and artistic side.
